Rescuing underperforming projects
J & E Construction is often asked to step in where the original contractor has been removed or has failed to meet the required standard. We stabilise the project, assess what has been done, identify defects, and agree a clear completion strategy with the client.

Recently, we have successfully completed two commercial-to-residential renovations where the Principal Contractor removed the original contractor due to quality issues and engaged J & E Construction to bring the build up to standard and to completion.
