J & E Construction understands that quality and safety are non-negotiable. On every project we work within the relevant regulations and guidance, coordinate trades to safe systems of work, and ensure that the finished product meets the standards expected by the client, building control and end users.
Health & Safety management
We plan works to minimise risk, manage site inductions and briefings, and maintain appropriate documentation including risk assessments, method statements and permits where required.
Regulatory compliance
We work in line with CDM duties, building regulations, fire safety guidance and other relevant technical standards. Where we act as Principal Contractor, we manage the construction phase plan and coordinate the health and safety aspects of the build.
Quality assurance
Regular inspections, coordinated snagging and clear communication with design teams and building control help ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved early.
