J & E Construction Ltd is a construction company with a practical, delivery-focused approach. We self-deliver works using our own teams and, where required, integrate trusted trades and specialist organisations with whom we have worked for many years.
How we work
We are comfortable working either as the Principal Contractor, taking full responsibility for construction, health and safety, and coordination of all trades, or as a contractor delivering specific packages under an existing Principal Contractor.
Our ability to operate in both roles makes us different from many others in the industry. We can enter a project on a cost basis, bring our network of trades with us, and stabilise programmes that have suffered delay, quality issues or poor coordination.
